Refund, Return, and Exchange Policy

Returns

Our return policy lasts 30 days from date of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange for any products past 30 days from date of pruchase. To file a return authorization, please contact us at support@uhseal.com

To be eligible for return, your product must be unused and in the same condition it was received. It must also be in original packaging.

Some products are exempt from being returned. Products that are ineligible include:
-Custom or modified products (Excluding those purchased through our online configurator)
-Used products
-Damaged products (Intentional or not, including shipping damages)
-Products that are missing accessories or original packaging

To complete your return, we also require an invoice, receipt or other proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-6 business days.

Late or missing refunds

Refunds can take up to 6 business days to process.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. 

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@uhseal.com. 

Sale items

Sale items are subject to a refund of their price at the time of purchase. Sale items must also meet the requirements stated in the 'Returns' section.

Restocking fee

All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Exchanges

We will only replace defective products after we have concluded that the product cannot be repaired. We will cover shipment to and from our facility to yours for repairs or exchanges on defective products within 30 days of purchase. Repairs past 30 days from the date of purchase fall into the terms as stated by the product warranty. To file an exchange authorization, please contact us at support@uhseal.com. Damaged items are ineligible for exchange. 

Shipping

Once you have received your return or exchange authorization, please send your item to the following address:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. Repairs or exchanges within 30 days of purchase are exempt from this rule.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you will vary. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Changes

We may update this refund policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.
