This Limited Warranty is applicable to any U Heat Seal Solutions products purchased from U Heat Seal Solutions or any authorized distributor. By using a U Heat Seal Solutions product, you agree to be bound by the terms of the U Heat Seal Solutions Corp. Limited Warranty ("Limited Warranty").

This Limited Warranty warrants the product against defects in materials and workmanship and parts when used as directed for a period of one (1) year from initial date of shipment from seller to end user. In addition, this Limited Warranty covers on-site, and off-site labor costs related to the warranty service of this product for a period of two (2) years*. This Limited Warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the machine and is non-transferable.

This Limited Warranty does not apply: (a) to consumables or accessories included or purchased afterwards; (b) to cosmetic damage, including but not limited to scratches, dents, damaged plastic unless failure has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship; (c) to damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, negligence, fire, earthquakes, contact with liquids, or other external factors or causes; (d) to damage caused by use with a third-party component or product; (e) to damage caused by service performed by unauthorized providers; (f) to any product that has been modified to alter functionality or capability without written permission; (g) to defects from normal wear and tear or aging; (h) to damages as a result of shipping processes; (i) if proof of purchase is not provided.

U Heat Seal Solutions Corp. is not responsible for any damages relating to warranty service including but not limited to loss of use; loss of revenue; loss of actual or anticipated profits (including loss of contractual profits); loss of anticipated savings; loss of business; loss of opportunity; loss of goodwill; loss of reputation; loss of, damage to, compromise or corruption of data including any costs of recovering, reproducing, programming any program or data stored in or used with the product or any failure to maintain the confidentiality of information stored on the product.

Before receiving warranty service, purchaser may be required to provide proof of purchase or respond to questions designed to assist with determining and diagnosing any potential issues and follow U Heat Seal Solutions Corp. procedures for obtaining warranty service. The purchaser will be charged for any warranty service without proof of purchase or if product is out of the warranty period. Purchaser must ship product back in original packaging or in packaging of equal protection should mail-in service occur.

* Outside of 50-mile radius from U Heat Seal Solutions Corp. facility, purchaser must cover all travel and lodging expenses.

If any portion of the Limited Warranty is held to be illegal or unenforceable, such partial illegality or unenforceability shall not affect the enforceability of the remainder of the Limited Warranty. The Limited Warranty gives the purchaser specific legal rights, purchaser may have other rights that vary from state to state.
